Structural Design

The structural system of a parking facility is of primary importance due to its role as Architecture, Fire-Resistance, Circulation and Support. We pride ourselves in providing our clients with proper system selection and design based on level of service, site access and economy.

Functional Design

In addition to our role as a Structural Designer, on many projects we also provide functional design including circulation, parking layout and revenue control systems as well as entry and exiting provisions. Our fluency with the functional aspects of parking facilities provides a valuable complement to our structural experience.

Repair and Restoration

MacIntosh Engineering offers our clients a unique expertise in parking garage repair and restoration. Our familiarity with repair materials and methodologies allows us to accurately assess the current condition of parking facilities, estimate and prioritize the repair scope, document/specify the required repair work and assist the Owner in implementing the repairs.
