Robert T. MacIntosh, P.E.
President
Robert T. MacIntosh, P.E. is the President of MacIntosh Engineering, a position he has held since it’s founding in 1999. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s management as well as business development and quality control. Bob previously held the position of Director of Engineering at O’Donnell & Naccarato in Philadelphia, where he had worked since 1983. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1980, as well as a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering in 1985.
Since founding MacIntosh Engineering (formerly O'Donnell, Naccarato & MacIntosh) in January 1999, Bob has been involved in such local organizations as the Caesar Rodney Rotary Club, the Committee of 100, the University and Whist Club and the Delaware Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors. He is also an active member of AIA, ACEC-DE, DCA, CIRC and IFMA.
Bob is registered to practice in the states of Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, New Hampshire Washington, DC, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
In his free time, Bob is involved in mentoring, Easter Seals, as well as the What’s My Line and Choices Programs.

Peter J. Paton, P.E., LEED
Principal
Peter J. Paton, P.E. is a Principal of MacIntosh Engineering, where he is responsible for scheduling, quality control and management of the design and drafting staff. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, in 1995. In 1997, after working for two years at Maida Engineering, Inc., Peter joined O’Donnell & Naccarato in Philadelphia, as a Project Engineer. He has been with MacIntosh Engineering (formerly O'Donnell, Naccarato & MacIntosh) since its founding in 1999, where he first worked as a Project Engineer and in 2002 was promoted to Director of Engineering.
Peter is registered to practice in the States of Delaware, Maryland, Kentucky, Ohio and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has worked on many exciting projects including the new WSFS Headquarters, One Christina Crescent, Justison Landing & The Renaissance Center.
Peter is professionally affiliated with the American Society of Civil Engineers, Chi Epsilon the National Civil Engineering Society, American Institute of Steel Construction and the American Forest and Paper Association – American Wood Council.
In his free time, Peter is involved with Habitat for Humanity and judges local community-building competitions such as Build a Dream, Block Kids, Future City Competition and MathCounts.

Steven
T. Krumenacker, P.E.
Principal
Steven T. Krumenacker, P.E. is a Principal with MacIntosh Engineering where he manages the firm's Exton office. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
from the University of Notre Dame. In 1994, after having worked
for the Indiana Department of Transportation as a highway engineer,
Steve joined O’Donnell & Naccarato in Philadelphia
as a design engineer. In 1998, he was promoted to Project Executive
and in 2002 was placed in charge of the firm’s Bethlehem,
Pennsylvania office. As Project Executive, he was responsible
for all aspects of the firm’s operations in the Lehigh
Valley area. Steve has been with MacIntosh Engineering (formerly O’Donnell, Naccarato & MacIntosh)
since 2005.
Steve is registered to practice in the states of New Jersey,
New York, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His projects
include various commercial, institutional, industrial and residential
structures involving renovations, additions and new construction.
He is professionally affiliated with the Delaware Valley Association
of Structural Engineers, AIA Eastern Pennsylvania, Associated
Builders and Contractors. Steve has worked on many challenging projects including Milmont Elementary, Chatham Financial Services & the Radnor Municipal Building.
Steve and his wife are founders of the Driving in the Dark Golf
Outing. This annual event raises money for the International
Melanoma Foundation for the purpose of educating school children
about skin cancer.

James
R. Baker, P.E.
Associate
James R. Baker, P.E. has been with MacIntosh Engineering (formerly O’Donnell, Naccarato & MacIntosh)
since 2000, when he joined the team as a Project Designer.
In 2003, Jim was promoted to the role of Project Engineer & currently manages the firm's Delmarva office in Georgetown, DE. Jim is a graduate of Villanova University, where he earned
a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2000.
Jim is registered to practice in the State of Delaware.
Jim has worked on many challenging projects, including the Dover Air Force Base Mortuary Building in Dover, Delaware, the Wilmington Friends Lower School Expansion in Wilmington, Delaware and Most Blessed Sacrament School in Worcester, Maryland .
In his free time, Jim volunteers with 3rd through 5th graders in the Special Olympics as the Coach of the Townsend Thunderbirds Soccer, Basketball and Softball teams.

Joseph J. Anastasi
Project Engineer
Joseph J. Anastasi is a Project Engineer for MacIntosh Engineering, where he is responsible for the management of projects as well as the supervision of the designers and draftspersons assigned to his projects. Joe received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1987 and a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering in 1991, both from Villanova University. He joined O’Donnell & Naccarato in Philadelphia upon graduation, where he worked as a Project Engineer. Joe has been with MacIntosh Engineering (formerly O’Donnell, Naccarato & MacIntosh) since its founding in 1999.
Joe has worked on many challenging projects such as major Christiana Hospital expansions in Newark , Delaware, the Amtrak High Speed Rail Training Facility in Wilmington, DE and Christ the Teacher Catholic School in Glasgow, Delaware. He is professionally affiliated with the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Annually, Joe hosts two fund-raising events that support cancer research for children at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia . The events are entitled “Swinging for Connell” which is an annual golf outing held in the Summer and “Baskets Against Brain Tumors,” which is held in the Spring.

Mark A. Franz, P.E.
Project Engineer
Mark A. Franz, P.E. is a Project Engineer with MacIntosh Engineering where he is responsible for management of projects as well as the supervision of the designers and draftspersons assigned to his projects. He has been with the company since 2005. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University where he graduated in 1991. He went on to obtain a Masters of Science in Structural Engineering from Columbia University where he graduated in 1996.
In 1991, Mark joined Burns and Roe Enterprises, Inc. in Oradell,
New Jersey, where he spent six years as an engineer on civil
and structural projects. In 1997, Mark teamed up with L. Robert
Kimball and Associates in West Chester, Pennsylvania. He served
as the sole structural support for the company's West Chester branch office. In 2001, he became a Senior Engineer with Ryan-Biggs Associates, P.C. in West Chester.
Mark is registered to practice in the states of Delaware,
New Jersey, Maryland, New York and Texas as well as the District
of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His projects
include various commercial, institutional, industrial and residential
structures involving renovations, additions and new construction.
He is professionally affiliated with the National Council of
Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors, the American Society
of Civil Engineers and the American Institute of Steel Construction.
In his free time, Mark is a volunteer member of the National
Ski Patrol as well as a Sports Activity Coordinator for the
Cub Scouts.

Michael E. Miller, P.E.
Project Engineer
Michael E. Miller, P.E. is a project engineer with MacIntosh Engineering where he is responsible for the management of projects, as well as the supervision of designers and draftspersons in the firm's Wilmington office. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental and Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware. He has been with the company since 2006.
Mike previously worked for The Breckstone Group, Inc. in Wilmington, Delaware where he spent 7 years as a structural engineer on various challenging projects including a new Solid Waste Transfer facility in Townsend, Delaware, the Delaware Military Academy in Wilmington, Delaware, a new Volunteer Fire Station for Camden, Delaware as well as numerous mid to high rise concrete and steel restoration projects at the Maryland and Delaware beaches. Challenging projects Mike has done with MacIntosh Engineering include the Hagley Machine Shop in Wilmington, DE, the Washington House Condominiums in Newark, DE and a condominium building at 3rd & Poplar Street in Philadelphia, PA.
Mike is professionally affiliated with the National Council of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors and the Delaware Chapter of the International Concrete and Repair Institute.

Robert D. Fisher
Business Manager
Robert D. Fisher is the Business Manager at MacIntosh Engineering, where he is responsible for the financial and administrative health of the company. He has held this position since 2001. Rob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Delaware in 1978 and previously held the positions of President at Wilmington Finishing Company and Controller at The Millers Group.
In his free time, Rob volunteers as the Treasurer of the First State Ballet Theatre at the Grand Opera House.

Jamie L. Hershey
Marketing Coordinator
Jamie L. Hershey is the Marketing Coordinator at MacIntosh Engineering, where she is responsible for coordinating all marketing activities for the company's Wilmington, DE, Exton, PA and Georgetown, DE offices. She has held this position since 2006. Jamie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications from Lycoming College in 2006 where she interned with the college's public relations office, was a board member of the Williamsport CollegeTown Committee, and station manager of the college's radio station, WRLC 91.7.
In her free time, Jamie volunteers with several local charities including Habitat for Humanity and The Muscular Dystrophy Association. She is also a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), Delaware Contractors Association's Young Executive Committee, and the Delaware Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). Jamie is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Organization Leadership at Wilmington University.
